horrible_awards are a go!Before we get started making nominations, I'm going to need some volunteers.
- Co-Mod(s) - I need at least one co-mod to help me out with organization. You'll be helping with organization of judges, counting votes (however we work that out) and in general, calming me down when I get into a panic. :P
- Judges - We'll need several. Ideally, I'd like to give each judge only 1-3 categories to deal with, but that will depend on the number of judges available. To judge you need to be willing to read a wide variety of pairings/genres (although I will not ask you to read one of your squicks), so if you're a die-hard 'shipper, this might not be the job for you!
- Banner Makers - I will be needing a few people to make awards banners for the site, as well.
